As twenty-five year resident of South Florida, Mark has seen and experienced the growth and development of our local real estate market. He has assisted buyers and sellers in the local residential real estate market for over fifteen years. As an attorney, Mark brings additional knowledge and a unique perspective to the real estate transaction. His legal training allows him to competently identify and then solve issues and challenges that oftentimes develop in the course of a real estate transaction. Additionally, Mark brings extensive experience in dealing with tax, finance, real estate, investment, trust, estate planning, and probate issues. He graduated, summa cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center as the number one ranked student in his class. Mark is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches. He is also a member of the Florida Bar and its Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. Additionally, Mark has an expired Series 7 Securities license. vement is extensive. He is on the Board of Trustees for the Thornwell Home for Children, a Fellow of the Florida Bar Foundation, and actively involved in his church, where he serves as Treasurer. He supports Girls and Boys Town, the United Way, and the Palm Beach Chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
