For that reason alone your choice should be thoughtful and critical in your own self interest.

 

I present my credentials here in order for you to compare my experience and history of success along side of other professionals you may interview before making a commitment as to the service provider you ultimately retain

 

I began my career in Real Estate in 1969 when my two children went off to school.  I worked part time in the beginning and found myself doing more business than the full time agents in the office.  Within one year I was the number one high producing agent in the local MLS service. I was and have been in the Million Dollar Club every year thereafter, I went on with my husband in 1975 to open one of the first Century 21 offices in New Jersey.  We grew our company to 7 locations and over 300 agents in Monmouth County.  We were awarded the Silver Gull Award for outstanding business by the Monmouth-Ocean Development Council in 1990.  Our company was purchased by Merrill Lynch as their first acquisition in New Jersey when they decided to enter the Real Estate business.  We went on to work for them as Vice Presidents and help them grow the company before they sold it to Prudential Insurance; I was the Broker of Record for Merrill Lynch until they sold the company. My husband Irwin was in charge of training agents and I personally oversaw thousands of transactions to successful conclusions. During my tenure we never had one single lawsuit or charge of unprofessional dealings.

 

 In 1999 my husband and I moved to Coral Lakes in Boynton Beach and I began to list and sell properties in Coral Lakes. I have been doing just that to this very day.

 

Most of my business comes from referrals as it is important to feel confident that the person that handles your transaction is reliable and professional before, during, and after the job is done.
