I grew up in Burlington NJ in a house that was built in 1721, in the historic district near the Delaware River. I studied for my NJ Real Estate licensing exam and in 1987 I passed the test the first try. I joined a Real estate company in Burlington NJ where I benefited from their excellent training seminars and mentor program .Initially I worked with first time homebuyers, learned the trials and tribulations of FHA and VA financing and built a strong referral base when these folks came back to me as move-up buyers, needing marketing assistance in a challenging financial time with double-digit interest rates for mortgages. During my 13 years as a Realtor in New Jersey, I won several company awards for service quality and was in both the State and Million Dollar Clubs for listings and sales. I had the opportunity to mentor 6 new agents and cheer on their success. I was an active member of the Burlington City Historical Society, and a volunteer at The Home For Aged Women, an arts and craft teacher in a local facility for mentally challenged young adults and teens.
I moved to Port St. Lucie in 1999 where my dad was living in Savanna club since 1985 and passed the Broker licensing exam. I purchased 3 homes in Savanna Club and became an area specialist with Realty3000. Here I learned to play tennis, volunteered in the Samaritan Club (helping seniors in need) , take yoga classes and make good use of the great fitness facilities in our community. I have been a Savanna Club resident since 1985.
